Basic Procedures For Claims

Claim acknowledged to client in
writing within 24 hours of receipt.

Investigate claim and make
recommendations within 21 days if commercial claim and 35 days if
consumer claim

If suit recommended, the summons
and complaint will be prepared and forwarded to our process server
within 3 days of our receipt of authority and advanced costs from
client.

Summons & Complaint usually served
upon defendant within 20 days.

If debtor defaults, a default
judgment will be submitted within five (5) days of default.

Appropriate execution
(income/property) sent to Sheriff or Marshall within three (3)
days of our receipt of entry of judgment from court.
NOTE: Above time frames are
approximate and dependant upon the circumstances of each case. However, all cases are supervised by one of our attorneys. Therefore, if the need arises we can expedite the handling of a
particular case.
