Steven Cohen - Partner

Mr. Cohen brings over 27 years experience to the firm.  He is admitted to practice in the Federal and State courts in New York.  Mr. Cohen earned his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1980.  He is primarily responsible for the general commercial and consumer litigation matters handled by the firm.  Mr. Cohen has an expertise in construction law and lien law and lectures to small and minority contractors on construction law. Mr. Cohen regularly lectures to the local carpenters union and local colleges to small business owners.

Mark Krassner - Partner

Mr. Krassner brings over 27 years experience to the firm. He is admitted in the Federal and State courts in New York and New Jersey. Mr. Krassner oversees and supervises all litigation matters which the firm handles.  Mr. Krassner earned his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1980. He has extensive trial experience and handles commercial litigation as well as business, real estate and corporate matters for the firm.

Bruce Rachmil - Senior litigation associate

Mr. Rachmil earned his J.D. degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo Law School in 1994. Upon obtaining his law degree. Rachmil was associated with a firm where he handled matters in the field of creditors rights and the collection of commercial and consumer account receivables.   In 2001 he joined our firm where he continues to handle consumer and commercial litigation.
